Course Results

Course results are submitted for approval three to six weeks after the end of the term or session, or, in the case of Hong Kong courses, after the course examination or final assignment submission. Dates for release of course results for each term or session can be found in the relevant Program webpage.

Once results have been released students may access their course results on line in pdf form. Hardcopy course result notices are not posted to students. Course result notices show results for all courses completed at AGSM. They do not show results for courses taken at other faculties of UNSW or other institutions. Course result notices are not an academic transcript but a notification of the results achieved each term or session at AGSM.

Accessing Course Result Notice
The Course Result Notice report can be accessed via "My Details"by clicking on the 'Course Results' button . Course Result Notices can then be printed for all results or for a particular term or year.

The following table shows the Grading Scheme and the grade and mark ranges for all AGSM Programs.

AGSM Grade and Mark Ranges
The following grades apply to all students in all programs at AGSM, except for the full-time MBA Program where A, B, C applies instead of HD, DN, CR, PS.

HD	High Distinction	85 – 100	An outstanding performance
DN	Distinction	75 – 84	A superior, well above average performance
CR	Credit	65 – 74	A good, above average performance
PS	Pass	50 – 64	An acceptable level of performance
SY	Satisfactory		Grades and marks not awarded (in courses designated SY/FL)
PC	Pass Conceded	45 – 49	Authority for the award of this result rests with the Faculty Assessment Review Group. The grade will be determined with reference to the student's overall performance in the program to date, and not just performance in the course in question.
FL	Fail	0 – 49	Performance below minimum level of competence
DF	Discontinued Fail		Discontinuation after the Discontinued without Failure date
AF	Absent Fail		Failure to complete assessment requirements
LE	Late Entry		Result not finalised
WD	Result Withheld
