One of the overarching pressures behind organisational transformation and corporate change is external and internal technical change. Technical change includes not only product development but also all aspects of organisational process and product technology. In recognition of this, the Centre currently focuses on three areas:

The impact of web-based technologies
The role of knowledge creation as an antecedent of innovative change
The assessment of technological change.

This work concentrates on innovative methodologies to study innovation not only for the purpose of academic understanding but also for the practical assessment of the impact of technology.
