Organisational & Managerial Transformation
Organisational and managerial transformation (OMT) is the nexus between technology and globalisation. Underlying pressures from both these areas have direct impact on organisational decision-making. OMT is a broad multidisciplinary field that spans:
- Upper level managerial issues – governance, reputation, corporate social responsibility and organisational design and structure
- Functional practices – human resources, marketing, system dynamics and personal incentives
- Personal development – trust and values based management.
