Corporate Fellowship Program

Criteria

Those applying to the Corporate Fellows program should:

Be advanced in their career and relatively senior in their organization. (ie a Corporate Fellow should have substantial managerial responsibilities.)
Have completed their course of study.
Be prepared to pre-commit a specific period of time to the program that is sufficient to complete the proposed work (not necessarily consecutive days).
Work with the CCC in promoting the program and their experiences
Be prepared to work closely with faculty, MBA and PhD students on the development of a specific output. Examples of such outputs would include:
1. Substantive publishable report – e.g., e-banking in the Asia Pacific
2. Publishable case study with teaching notes aimed at an MBA audience
3. Publishable article for a high quality practitioner journal - e.g. Harvard Business Review, Sloan Management Review, California Management Review

Note that the goal of the program is to generate published outcomes that are of value to both participants and our shareholders.

How to Apply

Corporate Fellows will be chosen based on the above criteria by a panel of Centre representatives. Those seeking to be considered for the program should provide the CCC with an 'expression of interest' that includes:

An 300 word abstract of the proposed project
A resume showing educational attainment and managerial experience
An indication of the amount of time being committed.

If your "expression of interest" is accepted, you may be asked to submit a more formal application for consideration by the full panel, which should include:

A detailed project proposal including:
Time line,
Resource requirements; and
Budget
A letter of support from your organization, confirming the time commitment and the budget support being provided.

Each fellowship is expected to be unique and will be considered on its merits. There is no specific quota of Fellowships and applications will be considered on a rotating basis based on the resources that are available to support the Fellows.
