The aim of the Centre for Corporate Change (CCC) is to challenge the leadership status quo by fostering and disseminating world-class thinking in the area of strategic change.
The Centre recognises that strategic change requires a multi-disciplinary approach to problem solving that is both broad in scope and has intellectual depth in application. Therefore the Centre brings together disciplinary excellence to the study of multifunctional organizational change, no matter where on the globe that expertise resides. The Centre is a place where corporate and academic leaders can come to share ideas. It is a place where solutions are generated, where intellectual and corporate competencies are created both locally and globally.
Australian business leaders recognise that large-scale strategic change requires the transformation of the people within an organisation. To overcome the debilitating corporate diseases of myopia & arteriosclerosis inherent in organisations, two issues must be addressed:
- Creation of leadership capacity within the organisation
- Prioritisation of management levers to maximum effect
