What are you doing with your life at present?

Thriving on consulting in corporate communications, change management, structure design, executive development, surveys and focus groups, learning and development

Life/ Career highlight?

Managing communications for the Commonwealth Bank/Colonial merger
Designing a performance management system for David Jones executives
Managing communications for a major change program for Westpac's retail banking
Reviewing organisational structure at CBA and Elders
Re-marriage, children and a wonderful family

Why did you decide to do your particular degree?

I initially chose to do an Masters in Public Administration (MPA) under the late Peter Wilenski and later switched to an MBA to round out my knowledge and skills

How do you feel your AGSM experience changed you as a person?

I developed strong analytic skills, an interdisciplinary mindset and team player approach which have been with me ever since.

Why did you choose to study at AGSM?

In 1977 I completed a Grad Dip Ed at UNSW. A MBA at AGSM looked like a great next step. At the time university education was free plus I won a Commonwealth Course Award.

Favorite memory of AGSM and why?

The special relationships built with a group of co-students who helped each other along to excell.
