Jayesh Shah wins AGSM Exto Challenge

AGSM MBA student Jayesh Shah has been selected as the winner of the inaugural Exto Challenge, a competition designed to seek out innovative ideas for business opportunities.

The contest, coordinated by boutique corporate finance company Exto Partners, was established to encourage entrepreneurial thinking among AGSM MBA students.

Mr Jayesh has secured an internship with Exto Partners, providing him with the opportunity to research and validate his winning business idea. He will also learn about the private equity/venture capital industry from Exto mentors.

Students were asked to submit their CV along with a brief executive summary outlining their idea for a new business opportunity.

Exto Partners reviewed submissions and finalists were shortlisted and invited to attend an interview to present their business idea and respond to questions.

Other finalists for the competition were Sreyssha Karukappally, Virginia Lam and David Tan.
