AGSM Careers Week showcases gifted MBA students
13 August 2007
Top Australian and international organisations will vie for the exceptional skills and talent of AGSM MBA and MBA (Executive) students as AGSM Careers Week gets underway.
Each organisation will make a 35-45 minute presentation to students followed by an informal networking session. Presentations will run back-to-back over five days, 13-17 August 2007.
AGSM Careers Week aims to help students fully focus on their post-MBA career paths, and to be presented with a wide range of industries and opportunities to allow them to reach informed decisions. Presenting companies offer career opportunities to students in Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific. Students are invited to join as many of the presentations as they wish, and are encouraged to think beyond any pre-conceived ideas they may have about an industry sector.
Organisations visiting the AGSM Kensington campus are excited at the opportunity to meet the diverse pool of talented students.
AGSM Careers Week is just one of the ways students are introduced to hiring companies. The annual yearbook contains the CVs of all AGSM MBA and MBA (Executive) students and is available to potential employers.
Industries represented at the AGSM Careers Week include Consulting, Financial Services, Technology, Travel Services, Resources, Consumer, Pharmaceutical and Property.
