2008 AGSM Year Book
Please find below some information which will provide instructions for preparing your one page CV for the 2008-2009 AGSM Year Book which will be launched 28 July this year. For this launch to be successful we need to have your final draft CV returned to AGSM Career Services by 3rd May (careerservices@agsm.edu.au)

N.B. Headphones my be required.

Before viewing the presentation it is suggested that you print out the Appendix and the CV Template.

Please note in the CV Template that the structure, fonts etc are mandatory and therefore cannot be deviated from. The options for language skills will either be native, fluent (if not native), conversational or basic.

Year Book Timeline
15th April - CV template sent out
3rd May - Final draft sent to career services (careerservices@agsm.edu.au)
2nd June - Final proof of yearbook to be sent to printers
7th July - 2008/09 Yearbook produced
28th July - Yearbook launch at CBD campus

Format of CV
Please use the font, size and format which is in the template:
· Name (Arial 16)
· CV Section Headings (Arial 12)
· All other text is (Arial 10)

Achievements within each role
Use short summarised bullet points. Write in the past tense starting with an active verb (Appendix 1). Try to provide a tangible result of the achievement. How to do this will be outlined in the Achievement Database overview which is discussed in the attached podcast.
