Program Structure


The program is divided into two stages:

1.The Graduate Diploma in Management (GDM).
2.The Strategic Management Year (SM Year)*.

* Students may elect to transfer to the elective phase of the full-time MBA program or to the Hong Kong MBA program to complete their AGSM MBA.

You can complete your MBA (Executive) within 2.5 years or take up to 7 years.

  • Self-directed learning materials developed by faculty
  • Weekly classes with adjunct faculty
  • Sessions begin in February, June and September
  • Student based cohorts of no more than 42 for face-to-face residentials
  • 4 residentials (4-5 days each) with faculty
  • Self-directed learning materials developed by faculty
  • Strong focus on team dynamics and effective team management
  • Begin in January or July
