ANZ / AGSM Financial Services (for full-time MBA students only)
Our partnership with the ANZ Bank enables AGSM full-time MBA students access to unique banking services that will ensure financial commitments are more manageable while you study.
Services available to students include:
- Convenient 24x7 access to ANZ Internet Banking, ANZ Phone Banking and ATMs
- Access to credit for course fees and living expenses for permanent Australian and New Zealand residents. Repayments are deferred and eligibility is based on 70% of your earnings over the last 12 months.
- The facility for international students to open an account remotely to ensure funds are available in Australia upon arrival
- Quality advice provided by qualified and independent professionals
- Access to ANZ’s broad range of Personal Solutions

Loans
The Commonwealth Bank of Australia has a branch on campus. While the bank does not usually give student loans to students, it will consider individual loan applications on their merit. Loans of up to AUD$5,000 can be approved at the branch level, while larger amounts are approved at head office.

International students are encouraged to investigate funding sources in their home country. Many government ministries of education, employers and banks offer assistance in the form of grants or loans.
Australian residents
FEE-HELP
FEE-HELP is an interest-free loan facility provided by the Australian Government for eligible students enrolled in postgraduate studies. To be eligible, you must be an Australian citizen.
You can borrow up to the maximum of the tuition fee charged for each course in which you enrol.

Fees may be tax deductible for those who pay their own way. It is recommended that you seek independent advice.
Hong Kong MBA students
Various loan schemes are available in Hong Kong and Australia. Please consult the education authority in your home country to see if you are eligible for financial assistance.
The Student Financial Assistance Agency provides continuing education loans to eligible students. For further information please contact (852) 2802 2345 or visit their website www.sfaa.gov.hk/
The Continuing Education Fund (CEF): eligible applicants will be reimbursed up to HK$10,000, on successful completion of a CEF approved course. Enquire with the Program Office for further details.
