Bette has worked as an independent HR Consultant since 2004 with clients ranging in size from 4 to 38,000 employees in both the commercial and not for profit sectors and projects ranging from Organisational Design & Development, Team Building & Coaching, Implementation of Management Frameworks, Change Management and Company Restructures to full Policy Implementation including such activities as Mergers & Acquisitions and Performance Management/Improvement.

Bette holds qualifications in Human Resources, Business and Change Management including graduating in 1998 with an Executive MBA from AGSM MBA Programs. In addition to being a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Bette has specific expertise in executive coaching, utilising various techniques and is a qualified practitioner for both MBTI & Human Synergistics LSI.
