Susan Stewart Loane has consulted to a wide range of organisations in Australia and overseas. Her expertise is in business performance improvements, and in particular enabling performance improvements through information technology. Her clients have included a number of large public sector organisations as well as an insurance company, an international bank based in Hong Kong, a transport and logistics company and a retail chain.

Susan began teaching post-graduate students at Swinburne University in Melbourne in 1996. She has taught on the AGSM MBA Programs since 2001. Susan is married with 3 children. Her interests include playing tennis, reading, hiking and cooking.
