Scott Lindblom

Profile summary
Scott is a Program Manager with a large utility. He provides strategic IT leadership while managing a range of change focused projects. Previously as General Manager of GMT Melbourne Scott was a key member of the national leadership team winning BRW Fast100 awards for two consecutive years. His general management experience includes senior management roles across Australia, Asia and the Middle East with SAP, Westpac and the Management Consulting Group.

As a highly experienced change specialist Scott works directly with all organisational levels to develop and deliver large scale change programs. He is a subject matter expert in change integration alignment of technical solutions with business processes and supporting organisational behaviours.

Scott’s previous clients include many multinationals, publicly listed firms and government bodies, state, federal and overseas. He has been a key note speaker at numerous IT and Project Management Conferences.

Associations and Qualifications
Scott is a Fellow and Board Member of the Australian Institute of Management. He is President of the Project Management Institute Melbourne Chapter and holds a number of directorships with various commercial and NFP organisations. He sits on the Steering Committee of the Australian Project Manager of the Year. Scott holds a Masters Degree in Business & Technology (University of New South Wales), a Graduate Certificate in Management (Australian Graduate School of Management), a Bachelor Degree in Economics (University of New England) and a Diploma in Applied Science (University of Tasmania). Scott is a Justice of the Peace (NSW).
