Rob Jano has over 16 years of commercial experience across accounting, commercial banking, marketing, human resources and general management. He has held senior management positions in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide within the financial services, legal, recruitment and state government sectors. These include over four years in the positions of state and national manager for global recruitment companies, leading state and national teams of recruitment and HR specialists.

Rob enjoyed contributing to the development of the clients of his management consulting firm where he focused on rapid business growth through strategic advice and human resource consulting. He is a specialist in achieving rapid and sustainable business turn around and has a track record of taking loss making or non-performing business units to target profitability.

In 2007 Rob returned to Westpac Commercial Banking as Relationship Director to some of Adelaide’s most successful and growing businesses.

Rob is an Adjunct Facilitator of Human Resources, Strategic Management and Managing Change for well respected business schools such as the AGSM MBA Programs at the Australian School of Business and the Australian Institute of Business Administration. He has taught post graduate business studies since 2006.

In addition to undergraduate qualifications in Economics and Commerce from The University of Adelaide, Rob is a CPA and holds an MBA (Exec) from AGSM MBA Programs.

Rob is a Past President of CPA Australia in South Australia and a past member of the South Australian Divisional Council of CPA Australia.
