Lawrence is currently an independent management consultant specialising in the Not for Profit and the Arts/Entertainment sectors.

Until recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of the NSW Jewish Communal Appeal. Prior to this, he served as General Manager, Development for the Benevolent Society and Manager, Funding Development for the Royal Blind Society.

Lawrence is also currently an adjunct member with AGSM MBA Programs where he teaches Marketing Management and Organisational Behaviour courses to MBA (Executive) students.

He has also taught Marketing for Call Centre Managers for Intellect Consulting and Macquarie Research Limited as well as Services Marketing subjects for the University of Technology, Sydney.

Qualifications
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from University of NSW, an MBA from the AGSM including a specialisation in Not for Profit Marketing completed at the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Illinois, USA. He also holds a certificate in Direct Marketing from the Australian Direct Marketing Association.
