Carolyn Heath


Profile summary
Carolyn Heath is a member of the Adjunct Faculty with AGSM MBA Programs and facilitates Marketing Management in the MBA (Executive) program. As a full time marketer, she has presented and held workshops at many industry conferences in Australia and overseas.

Carolyn’s career spans over 15 + years covering a multitude of marketing disciplines including brand management, advertising, integrated promotions, direct marketing and market research. Her experience lies largely in FMCG and Retail markets working on both the client and agency side.

Companies that Carolyn has worked on and for include: Telstra, Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Nestle, Frito-Lay, Golden Wonder (UK), Castlemaine XXXX (UK), Pizza Hut International (UK), Coca-Cola, Green's Foods, Star City, NRMA and the RTA.

In 2000, Carolyn founded Logistix Kids, a specialist kids and teens marketing consultancy (later re-branded Morph Marketing) which she successfully ran for 4 years. More recently Carolyn has led the repositioning of Telstra Shop and has pioneered the digital media experience in retail.

Carolyn currently consults to Unilever Australasia and is a Senior Associate at Saunders, consulting on strategy and branding for retail based clients.

Qualifications
Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Commerce, with a major in marketing (awarded with merit) from the University of NSW and an MBA Executive from the Australian Graduate School of Management. In her Executive Year, Carolyn was awarded the Sasakawa scholarship and the Directors Prize for Strategic Management II (first in year).

In 2000 Carolyn was inducted into the NSW Australian Business Women Hall of Fame.
