Lynn Gribble


Profile summary
Lynn has actively worked in a number of industries over the past 30 years including travel and tourism, banking, IT & T, retail, hospitality, publishing, advertising and not for profit businesses. Having completed all of her studies part time, Lynn continues to run a successful consulting practice and work as an adjunct in post graduate education and corporate training.

Having lived and worked in a number of countries, Lynn has worked at a director level in human resources and training in both start up and established businesses. Her roles include management development, change management and leading mergers and acquisitions. Lynn has been involved in teaching at a number of universities at both an undergraduate and post graduate level including Doctoral supervision. Her interest in human and organisational behaviour guides all her teaching endeavours. Lynn has one child and interests include travel, cooking and reading.

Qualifications
She was awarded her PhD by Southern Cross University in 2001. Her thesis investigated the psychological underpinnings of the effects of retrenchment. Lynn also holds a Masters of Education in Training and Development (SCU 1998) and a Masters of Labour Law and Relations (USYD 2004).
