Jacqueline Gillespie

Profile summary
Jacqueline has been consulting for nine years and joined Hewitt Associates in 2004 in Australia where she lead the Leadership Consulting Practice for ANZ until October 2008. She is currently the Practice Leader for Leadership and Talent for South East Asia. Jacqueline has consults with a range of blue chip clients including IAG, Westpac, Optus, Vodafone, Worley Parsons, Brambles, Unisys Asia Pacific, Goodman Fielder, Phillips Fox and Aristocrat. Her consulting experience is focused on the impact of leadership on Engagement and business performance, leadership capability development, talent management strategies, the development of Human Resource strategy and the effectiveness of the Human Resource Function.

Prior to consulting Jacqueline spent over 15 years working in senior HR roles in Corporate Australia and Asia. She has worked across a range of industries including retail, transport, banking and FMCG. Her experience includes strategic human resource roles as well as managing human resource teams within the business. She has also held positions in organisational development, human resource policy, diversity, training and management development.

Jacqueline hold a Bachelor of Arts, Diploma of Education and a Masters of Management from the Graduate School of Management, Macquarie University, where she won the AHRI Prize for studies In Human Resource Management. She is currently a member of the adjunct faculty on the Executive MBA Program at the Australian Graduate School of Management, University of Sydney.

She is accredited in a range of instruments including the Human Synergistic tools; LSI, SI and LI, Facet 5, MBTI, Hogan, Benchmarks and Lominger.

Jacqueline is also an experienced Coach of executives, high–potential managers and executive women.
