Rosamund Christie is Director of To the Point Communications and an adjunct faculty member at AGSM MBA Programs where she teaches Management Communication and Managerial Skills in the full-time MBA Program and Managing People and Organisations and Managerial Skills in the MBA (Executive) Program. She also works as an Executive Coach on AGSM Executive Programs such as Emotional Intelligence.

Rosamund is an experienced executive coach and has recently worked with individuals from Boston Consulting Group, Gilbert and Tobin, and Planning NSW. She is Executive Coach to a professorial group at the University of New South Wales. She conducts training programs including Coaching and Mentoring for Managers, Building Team Skills and Managing Conflict with Mediation.

She is the developer of the Shakespeare Leadership Program, having combined her experience in leadership with a lifelong interest in Shakespeare to create a program of personal transformation to effective leadership.

Rosamund recently completed The Art and Practice of Leadership Development at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and incorporates the learning and methodology in her delivery of leadership development. In 2006, she is the inaugural Director of the Academic Women in Leadership program at the University of New South Wales.

Qualifications
Rosamund has a Master of Arts from the University of Sydney. She is an accredited practitioner of Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the LSI 360 degree feedback inventory, a qualified mediator (LEADR accreditation), and is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
