Herman is the Managing Partner of the Equibt Consulting Group. Hs is a certified Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma with over 10 years of business consulting experience. He has delivered outstanding results in the areas of technology enablement, process improvement, operations transformation, general management strategy and commercial development.

Herman's career has been enriched through his extensive managerial and leadership experience from General Electric (GE). He uses these acquired skills to lead and develop both formal and informal teams within the Equibt Consulting Group and with his clients. He excels in the development and implementation of customer-focussed business improvement strategies. His ability to assimilate and analyse information, solve complex problems, and assess and understand an organisation's operations environment and strategic objectives, allow him to confidently identify, communicate and drive an organisation's transformation initiatives.

He started with the AGSM MBA Programs as an adjunct lecturer in 2008, teaching operations management to postgraduate students. Herman also lectures postgraduate programs in information technology & business transformation at the Swinburne University of Technology.

He has an MBA from AGSM MBA Programs. He was awarded his M.Eng. & B.Eng by the University of New South Wales. His thesis involved application of Fuzzy Logic in micro-controllers.
