Geoff Aigner

Profile summary
Geoff started his career in the transport industry working for 7 years with a Norwegian shipping line in Australia and overseas. During this time he completed his MBA and developed an interest in leadership and change. After his MBA he took a position in the Strategic Change practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, working in a group that focussed on leadership development and organisational culture change. More recently, Geoff was General Manager at Lee Hecht Harrison, a human capital solutions consultancy.

Currently he is with the Benevolent Society as their Leadership Programs Manager in the Centre for Social Leadership. He is focused on delivering a range of leadership programs which work with change agents in the corporate, government and community sectors on complex and adaptive change issues. He has a particular interest in youth.

In 2004, he established, designed and managed the Young Leaders of Change program: a joint venture between GERRIC, The Benevolent Society and Lee Hecht Harrison. This was an innovative program for teenagers in Sydney to explore social issues and develop their capability as future leaders to positively impact their communities.

Geoff has been working as adjunct faculty with AGSM MBA Programs since 2000, teaching in Managing People & Organisations, Managing Change and Managerial Skills.
