The Fundamentals of Competitive Negotiation program teaches the negotiation skills that can help managers become more effective at deal-making and conflict management. In this two-day program, you’ll learn the fundamentals of negotiation theory, and get to practise your skills in a supportive, low-risk environment. Fundamentals of Competitive Negotiation – Course content

     How to claim value from your opponent in negotiations
     How to create value for yourself and your partner in negotiations
     Multi-issue negotiations – preparation and process
     What to do when emotions get in the way
     Managing workplace conflicts

     Workshopping your own negotiation and conflict challenges
