Why Attend?
The AGSM in partnership with Phuel are pleased to invite you to this unique opportunity to hear international speaker and world leading expert in adversity and human resilience, Dr Paul Stoltz. As the world becomes increasingly uncertain, complex, chaotic and demanding, making measurable gains in how we navigate in these circumstances is the only sustainable strategy at work and in life. Please join us for lunch and an introduction to what it really takes to fortify your strengths and become a more resilient, effective leader. There will also be an opportunity to have your questions answered about thriving in these adversity-rich times.

Dr Jane Goodall national lunch tour 2008
AGSM Executive Programs, in partnership with the Jane Goodall Institute Australia, is delighted to offer you a rare opportunity to share Dr Jane Goodall's unique insight into human organisational behaviour based on her life study of chimpanzees in the wilds of Africa.
Dr Jane Goodall, Ph.D., DBE
In the summer of 1960, Jane Goodall arrived on the shore of Lake Tanganyika in Africa to study the area's chimpanzee population. She earned her Ph.D in Ethology from Cambridge University in 1965 and returned to Tanzania to continue research. It is hard to overstate the degree to which she changed and enriched the field of primatology.
She founded the Jane Goodall Institute for Wildlife Research in 1977, and has been awarded numerous honours including the National Geographic Society's Hubbard Medal, and the Benjamin Franklin Medal in Life Science. In April 2002 Secretary-General Annan named her a United Nations “Messenger of Peace.” She has received honorary doctorates from numerous universities and her list of publications is extensive, including two overviews of her work at Gombe as well as several autobiographies.
Today, Jane spends much of her time lecturing, sharing her message of hope for the future and encouraging young people to make a difference in their world.
