Creating Positive Organisations Through Coaching and Leadership (CPOC)


For experienced managers and leaders who require a coaching and leadership methodology that facilitates behavioural change

Program Dates: Two modules, 3 day + 2 day non-residential

Why Attend?
This program presents a cross-disciplinary approach to creating flourishing organisations, focusing both on systems dynamics and the role of coaching and leadership and how it influences positivity in organisations. This practical program is designed to help executive coaches and leaders bring out the full potential of themselves and other people. The program draws on aspects of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, systems theory and positive psychology. Participants can expect to gain a heightened awareness of their communication style, an understanding of systems theory and its applications within organisations, and practical tools to support self-coaching and coaching of others.

Creating Positive Organisations Through Coaching and Leadership - Course Content
This new program will help you and your team achieve breakthrough performance by teaching the following topics:
     What is a positive organisation?
     The concept of leadership as anxiety management
     Distinguishing between constructive and destructive stress
     Latest research on high performance, well-being and leadership
     Understanding the key differences between flourishing and languishing organisations
     Developing and sustaining organisational change
     The role of group and individual coaching in facilitating high performance
     Developing your coaching style and methodology
     Roles and responsibilities of a coach
     Monitoring the effectiveness of coaching
