Accelerated Leadership Program (ALP) – Course content
Structured into two one-week modules separated by seven weeks, the directed learning sessions of the Accelerated Leadership Program cover the following topics:
     Leadership training - Managing people for performance
     The strategic HR contribution
     Managing financial resources
     Marketing
     Strategy formulation and implementation
     Negotiation and conflict management
     Emotional competencies development
     Career development
