Technical Support
Welcome to the Technical Support page for AGSM MBA Students, where we bring the IT department to you.
Help Desk
To address your IT related matters:
- Call the HelpDesk line on 61 2 9385 7300 (or extension 57300 within UNSW);
- Submit a ticket to Help Desk;
- Drop in person at the Help Desk on the ground floor in room G09c of AGSM building in Randwick between 12:00 to 3:00 pm Monday to Friday;
- Send an email to esupport@business.unsw.edu.au
We are located on the 1st floor, East wing of the Quadrangle building. The IT Help desk is staffed from 8:30 am until 5:30 pm Monday-Friday. An IT technical support person will answer your call and try to resolve the problem immediately. If the problem can not be resolved immediately it will be entered into our help desk software and followed up within 4 hours.
If you call after hours or if the person on duty is helping another client you will be diverted to the Help Desk voice mail. Please leave a message clearly stating your name and contact details and a short description of the nature of the problem you are reporting.
We encourage you to contact us via one of the four abovementioned methods, going directly to IT support staff as they "wander the corridors" or telephoning them directly is not likely to get your problems fixed any sooner.
