AGSM MBA (Executive) #1 in Australia

AGSM ranked #30 in the world for faculty research, #8 for the percentage of women in the course, and is the only Australian business school featured in the rankings.

AGSM’s strong result reinforces the school’s long-held position as a world-class business school. We have achieved #1 ranking in Australia since the inception of this survey five years ago.

The main driver of the overall ranking score is the career success of alumni, which accounts for 55% of the ranking. Research and School diversity account for the remaining 45%.

AGSM MBA (Executive) alumni have an average salary level of US$116,012 and an average salary increase of 60% three years after graduation. AGSM alumni also perform well in other areas of career success such as the level of seniority, size of the company in which they now work and the extent to which alumni achieved their objectives for doing an MBA (Executive).

The AGSM EMBA AGSM was one of the first business schools in the world to offer an EMBA program. Since 1989 when the program was launched, EMBA programs have proliferated and competition amongst business schools intensified, as executives have demanded flexible options such as part-time and weekend programs to allow them to remain in the workforce while studying. The marketplace is now going through a major shift with large consortia of business schools emerging across North America/ Europe and Asia offering EMBA programs to very senior executives who are sponsored by their employer. This shift is further intensifying competition.
