MBA 1999
Darren Challis was re-elected to the UNSW University Council as a Graduate Member. Darren served as the elected Postgraduate Member of Council while undertaking his MBA in 1998 and 1999. Darren has also been appointed to the University's Finance Committee and continues to serve as a Governor of the UNSW Alumni Association, a role he has held for the last four years.

Arahni Sont has a new career as Fundraising Coordinator, the Institute for Neuromuscular Research, Children's Hospital at Westmead. She is combining this with voluntary work and board directorships.
MBA 1995
Stephen Tuffley recently changed jobs after ten years with AT Kearney, joining Crazy Johns as National Operations Manager. He has one set of twins who are two years of age and his wife Justine is expecting their next set of twins.

David Marquard has for the last year been in the position of Asia Pacific Strategy Lead for IBM's Global Business Services.
MBA 2000
Bruce Bachenheimer, MBA 2000, received the University Award for Distinguished Faculty Service at Pace University’s Centennial Awards ceremony in Manhattan on 6 October 2006. Bruce is a Clinical Professor of Management and the Director of Entrepreneurship in the Lubin School of Business at Pace. He also serves on the board of directors of the M.I.T. Enterprise Forum of NYC and recently presented "Understanding Entrepreneurship" at the Third Annual Youth Assembly at United Nations Headquarters.

Pallavi Sengupta recently joined ING Central European Insurance office as Manager, Business Development & Strategy, in their M&A team and is currently based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Kern Wyman and Nicole's second child, Satcher, was born mid-June. Satcher is brother to 18 month old Sebastian.
Jay Carter married Juliette Davidson (ex-staff member of AGSM, and Sue Davidson's daughter) on the Gold Coast on 17 September, 2006.

Adrienne Witteman recently participated in the World Tourism Games in Austria, one of four golfers representing Australia and New Zealand. Adrienne scored a gold medal at the event.

Jason Malouf recently married Nicharla Buthmann.

Emma Weston and Bob McKay welcomed a daughter, Tilda, on 26 April 2006.
Mark Hodgson and Lindy welcomed Billy to the world a few months ago, a brother for Sam.
Elca Grobler and Roger welcomed their third child Zoë at the end of September 2006.

Tom Gleeson and Anita expanded their family to five, with the arrival of Olivia in September 2006.

Gina Rose Salamin and husband Olivier Salamin left Switzerland and moved to Greenville, South Carolina. Olivier is now Assistant Treasurer of Michelin North America, and Gina continues to work as Hedge Fund Analyst for Saad Financial Services.

Martin Deda has relocated from Sydney to Germany and was appointed CFO Central and Eastern Europe for Computer Sciences Corporation.
MBA 1997
David Taplin has moved on to join Jumbo Corporation Limited, after 7 years with Energex. Jumbo is a growing publicly listed e-commerce company.
