Membership is open to Directors of business school libraries that serve an accredited and world ranked MBA program or executive management course, offered at post-graduate or post-experience level. In the case of such programs that are not served by a separate business library, membership is open to the manager of the business collection serving the program from within the main library collection.

The member will be a qualified librarian or hold an equivalent level qualification in a discipline related to librarianship.

Membership will normally be limited to one person only, and offered to an institutional representative, not an individual. The membership maybe deemed to be vacant when the individual leaves the position.
4.
Each member will be required to actively participate in the work of the group, and attend at least one annual meeting of the group every three years.
